Shabeeg's inspiration behind the new Armenian Collection is the traditional Armenian clothing called Taraz worn in the end of the 19th century.

Using contemporary fabrics Shabeeg turned the traditional garments into prints and modernised the cuts.

While creating these patterns and prints, the team learned more about the significant roles Armenian women played in Armenian history and how they continue to impact modern society today.
