Refund policy

Returns

To return the goods, you must inform us to the e-mail address (info@hay-hay.co) within 14 days of receiving the goods. The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).

After sending us an e-mail HAY-HAY team will receive your request and you will be informed about the next steps. HAY-HAY customer is not allowed to return the parcel without following the procedure mentioned above.

Upon receiving the returned goods, HAY-HAY shall return to the purchaser, immediately but no later than after 14 days, all of the payments received from the purchaser based on the order.

Please, avoid wearing make-up foundation, perfume or deodorant when trying on clothes as we will not be able to accept the return with the evidence of marks or scent on the item(s). Once returning the parcel item must be declared as a returned item, do not to declare the cost.

Important

No refunds will be issued for an item returned in a used/damaged condition or without the original tags, pouches and boxes. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches HAY- HAY Headquarter.“Sale”/” Special Offer” items are non-returnable or refundable. You may only exchange the sale items. Please note: hay-hay.co does not take responsibility for any additional charges incurred including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

All return conditions apply to exchanges as well. You can exchange the purchased item for a different size or colour. All exchanges are based on stock availability. When we receive your return, we will send the replacement to you. Please note, you can exchange only once per item. Note that you are responsible for shipping and handling expenses.
