Shipping policy

Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. The majority of orders is being shipped from HAY-HAY HQ distribution center in Central Europe (Switzerland). HAY-HAY is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Shipping price depends on the dimensions and package volume and can vary depending on the delivery location. You will see the final price during the checkout process. Some countries may feature import duties, VAT or local sales taxes. The purchaser must pay these duties and taxes directly to customs in order to release the order.

HAY-HAY delivers orders to most of the destinations worldwide. We are continuously working on the delivery optimisations and more countries will be added soon. The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method. All shipments are guaranteed to arrive within 1 week. Depending on your location and selected delivery method, it can take 4 – 7 business days for your package to arrive. We always aim to deliver your package within the time specified, but sometimes there may be delays due to customs clearance and the distance the goods have to travel.

Duties and Taxes

Any Purchase delivered outside of Switzerland may be subject to duties and taxes. The law regarding the import duties differ from county to country. Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are not included in the final price. For detailed information please contact your local customs service offices.
